~Good morning!  Let’s see, what’s going on?  L is up-north for a few days (and loving every second of it) so it’s just WB and I around here.  We hit up IKEA yesterday to pick up a few things and of course check out their new in-store candy shop. It’s SO cool.   We had such a good time picking out stuff to try and I cannot wait to take L back there.  We also hit up Goodwill where we scored a small’ish Radio Flyer wagon for $3.99!

~I don’t have too many boxes still coming this week, but I am expecting Sprouting Threads, a Citrus Lane Mystery Box, My Pretend Place Craft, Stitch Fix, Wantable and Say It With a Sock.  I should have been expecting A Little Bundle as well, but I got an e-mail yesterday saying that it would be delayed until next week. I am hoping that today is the day we get the inspiration for the August POPSUGAR Must Have Box and maybe an August BOXYCHARM spoilers? Did you see their new logo / boxes?  I think I like it!

~I am super excited to report that KEEP Collective has teamed up with the Kind Campaign.  100% of the net proceeds from the “KIND” bar key ($9) and the “You Can Sit with Us” bar ($19) will be donated to the Kind Campaign.  They go on sale on August 6th and I will for sure be picking them up to add to my keep!  Oh and if you are ever at a loss for what your KEEP would look like with your selected keys and bracelet / pendant color, let me know and I will put it together for you  so you can see it before you buy! Or I like to browse #keepcollective on Instagram to get ideas!

~What did you think of Kaitlyn’s pick on The Bachelorette? If you haven’t watched yet, I don’t want to spoil it – so stop reading this. LOL.  I like Shawn and think they are super cute, but I do feel badly for Nick. Because he’s gotten to the very end twice now and has gotten shot down both times.  The Bachelorette may not be the show for him to find a wife on.  Also, please tell me someone else out there is watching “Dating Naked”? I mention it all the time, but I don’t think too many people watch it.  There was a lot of crazy on there last night and it was awesome.  LOL.

~I posted about my funfetti / sprinkle candle Pinterest fail (and sort of success) earlier in the week so I thought I would share some pictures.  The first picture is how they turned out when we used Karo Syrup to get the sprinkles to stick to the side.  As you can see, they didn’t stick.  And we have a few candles with just a pile of sprinkles at the bottom.  The other pictures are when I used clear Elmer’s glue to get them to stick.  Now that worked, but what happens when I light the candle?  I am not sure I am ready to find out just yet.  It may not be good.  It looks cool though. Next time (as if there is going to be a next time) I would use less sprinkles.  I just wasn’t sure how many would stick though?  Anyway, lesson learned!
