BohoBlu Box is a monthly box of jewelry and accessories delivered to your door. Each box will contain 3-5 accessories and beauty items hand-selected by their team of Stylists. You can opt between a Staples Box (contains classic, everyday pieces that are perfect to wear alone or layer), a Statement Box (Bold, colorful pieces that are the centerpiece for your look) or a Mix Box (the best of both worlds).
BohoBlu boxes ship via USPS by the end of the first week of the month.
All of the pieces arrived packaged in little cloth bags and the box also had a fun surprise in it! There was no information card, so I named the pieces myself. Here is what the August 2014 BohoBlu “Mix” box contained:
~Arrow Necklace and Earrings: These are my favorite pieces in the box. I just love them. They look handcrafted (I don’t know if this is actually the case or not), but I love it. Arrows are totally in right now too. At least I think they are.
~Beaded Hoop Earrings: I’d classify these as Statement. I think they are gorgeous, but I can’t see myself wearing them on a regular basis.
~Aqua Stone Necklace and Earrings: I don’t know what the name of this stone is, but I love it. It looks like green sea glass? I don’t usually do dangly earrings but these are too pretty not to wear.
~Blue “V” Necklace: My last name starts with a V, so I feel like this necklace was kind of meant for me.
~Purple Round Stone Earrings: I love these too. They pretty large, but not oversized if that makes sense. They are probably a statement piece, but I feel like you could wear them everyday and be fine.
~Bonus: Drink Mixes: The box also included two drink mixes as a little bonus. I was super excited about these and actually so was B. He must have asked me about 5 times where I got them. They recommend mixing these with Champagne or Prosecco, but if you don’t drink, ginger ale works well too!
I couldn’t do an individual breakdown of these pieces, but the box had seven items (not including the drink mixes) which works out to less than $6 per item. Not a bad deal at all.
