Love With Food sends members a curated box filled unique gourmet food items. The “Tasting Box” is $9.99/month and offers with 8+ snacks and the “Deluxe” box is $19.95/month and includes 16-20 snacks. Love With Food also offers a Gluten-Free box for $24.99/month which includes 8-12 surprise gluten-free snacks each month. Each box brings new delights, with bites that vary based on seasonal themes. The August 2015 Love With Food theme was “Road Trip” and included the following snacks to keep your summer trip rolling:
~Simply Sea Salt by 479 Popcorn: I have become quite addicted to popcorn lately. This obviously isn’t as tasty as movie popcorn (although what is), but it’s good. And it has no GMO’s and only 70 calories per bag.
~Apple Hard Candy by Goorganic: Maybe my favorite item in the box. I love hard candies and think these apple ones were great. They had just the right amount of flavor and are gluten-free, non-GMO and organic. I would get more of these!
~Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter by Wild Friends: I don’t think you can go wrong with peanut butter of any sort. The coconut wasn’t overpowering it was amazing paired with apple slices.
~Roasted Broad Beans by Enlightened: I let L try these without mentioning that they were beans. He had no idea and I probably wouldn’t have either. They are very flavorful and the crunch is great!
~Popped Salted Caramel KIND Healthy Grain Bar: I normally am not a giant fan of KIND bars, but this one is delicious. It was salty and you could taste the caramel flavor in it. The only thing that could have made it better was if it had chocolate chips in it.
~Rosemary Croccantini by La Panzanella: These are fancy crackers! They are light and airy and would be amazing with some fancy cheese.
~Lemon Rooibos Iced Herbal Tea by Stash:I don’t love tea (as you know because I mention it constantly), but I do see how stick packets like this come in handy on road trips. Just dump it in your water bottle and shake!
~Fruity Pie (Fig & Walnut) by I Love Snacking: I am sure some people love these, but it reminded me of fruit cake. Or like eating just filling of a fig newton. Except the filling was a little more solid.
~Coupons: Love With Food boxes also include coupons and offers for products featured in the box. We have actually received a Hello Fresh code from them in the past, but I am not a new customer so I cannot use this one.
I thought this was a great month for Love With Food. I love being introduced to new snacks and I really did think I would have taken some of these with me on a road trip.
