The Box

Posh Mom Box ships via USPS out of California.  Boxes do not (at least to my knowledge – I am checking on that) auto-renew, so you must purchase them each month when they become available.

This box was super light and honestly felt a little empty.  I am guessing they use the same size boxes for all their shipments so I suppose not all of them will be packed full.

The Card

Posh Mom Box doesn’t include an information card with product details.  I am not sure if the August box had a theme, but the following items were included:

~Pink Olive “You Are Loved” Tote ($24): I couldn’t find this exact tote online, but I found one in a different color so I used that price.  It’s a super cute and I have already put some things in it. Every once in a while I will find B carrying one of my “cute” tote bags like this to work with his lunch in it.  I don’t think he reads the bags, he just grabs one.  I think it’s so funny!

~Pink Olive Button Set ($5): I don’t know what I am going to do with these, but they are really cute.  I might end up putting them on the straps of tote bags or turning them into magnets.

~Splash Infuser ($8.99): This is so neat.  It gives you the ability to have fruit infused water without one of those special bottles.  You just put the fruit in this and then drop it in your water glass or cocktail!

Splash Infuser

~Good4You Rose Floral Toner (10mL) ($7.12): This toner can be used on your face or anywhere else you’d like.  It’s made from fresh locally gathered beach rose petals and smells fresh and fabulous.  It’s not too strong which I find a lot of rose scents can be.

~Health Warrior Chia Bar (Coffee) ($1.99): I have had these bars in the past and they are okay, but not OMGAMAZING.

All totaled I came up with a value of $47.10 for the August 2015 Posh Mom Box.  I didn’t love this box quite as much as I loved last months, but I did enjoy it.  And that infuser thing?  Flipping genius.

I am disappointed with this month– the value just doesn’t seem to be there and I can’t believe that tote is $24. And on a side note– did you ever review/get the “All Things Needed” sub? They sent me an email that after 2 boxes they will discontinue and instead switch to expectant mom/newborn box. They stated that they will refund those who are still owed box(es). I had one remaining…

I did not get All Things Needed. What kind of box was it? I can’t even recall off the top of my head? And yeah, I don’t quite think that I would bag $24 for that bag either.

Love this site but you make a ton of spelling errors, is it because you are writing it quickly or are not proofreading?

I am sorry ;(. I know it’s something that I really need to work on! I do proofread, but when I read, I know what I wanted it to say, so that’s how I tend to read it. Does that make sense? It’d kind of weird. It drives my mom up a wall too!

Haha thanks I didn’t know how to ask without sounding like a hag but I just NEEDED to know. Now I know and it will no longer drive me up the wall. I’m always that annoying grammar/spelling police friend which drives others nuts!

LOL! It’s okay! I have a tendency to type words I am thinking or hearing in the background which obviously doesn’t help either! I read books like I “proofread” too. I can finish an entire book without knowing the how to pronounce the main characters name! It’s odd!

It seemed to be mostly “samples” from small vendors– I think that they were expecting subbers to make a lot of purchases from them. Better Half Box looks like another one with an early demise– after 3 months you can’t access their FB or site. I got 2 boxes from them and cancelled after July– seemed like a lot of China stuff. I don’t remember if you tried them– they had a “man” and “woman” box each month. I thought that it had potential…

Ugh. You are right! Not a good sign at all! I hope they don’t just disappear!
