Dottiebox is a monthly subscription box full of high quality handmade items for women, from both small businesses and indie brands. They offer their standard Dottiebox which is $26/month and a Dottiebox Mini subscription, which is $13/month. I did a review on the September (full-sized) Dottiebox (you can find that here) and now it’s time for the Dottiebox Mini review.
Dottiebox (and Dottiebox Mini) ship via USPS. The full-sized box ships during the first week of the month while the mini box ships more towards mid-month.
I love comparing the differences between Dottiebox Mini and Dottiebox each month. They often include a lot of the same brands, but the products themselves differ.
The September 2015 Dottiebox Mini included the following items:
~Starlooks Perfect Size Lip Gloss “Cuddle” ($9): This color is perfect and the smell (exotic vanilla) is incredible. This gloss isn’t sticky but gives you amazing shine and lasts for a long time.
~Broken Record Boutique Howlite Necklace ($18.50): This necklace is really like nothing I have ever seen before. The The picture just doesn’t do the Howlite justice. It’s a much brighter red than it appears and makes quite a statement.
~Plum Deluxe Tea (Cuddletime) ($3): The name of this tea and the description is perfect for this season. My cousin gets all of the tea I receive and I know she will love this.
~Kern + Flourish and Dermadeli Coupon: The box also included coupon codes for Kern + Flourish and Dermadeli. I am not going to include the value of the gift card (or coupon) in the box value because you do have to spend money to redeem them.
All totaled I came up with a value of $30.50 for the September 2015 Dottiebox Mini. This box had a great value and a great assortment of items in it.
