GiftLit September 2015 Subscription Box Review (2-5 Year-Old Boy)
GiftLit September 2015 Subscription Box (2-5 Year-Old Boy)

GiftLit is a monthly subscription of books for children and adults. They offer 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions for adults and children in a wide variety of categories.  I received a subscription for WB who is 3 years-old from their 2-5 year old subscription options. Subscriptions, which are a minimum of 3-months, begin at $57.95 ($19.32/month).  You are able to customize your monthly book choices or you can stick with GiftLit suggestions.

The Box

GiftLit ships via USPS and didn’t take too long to arrive.

Unboxed

I loved how this was wrapped!  It felt so much more special to open it up and see this than just to open it and see a book inside.  Attached to the cover was a note to WB about the book which was also nice.

~The Day the Crayons Came Home (Amazon Price $11.56 / List Price: $18.99): The Day the Crayons came home is a follow up to the bestseller, “The Day the Crayons Quit”.  Both are adorable and we loved reading this follow up.  I think we all thought the best part was the glow in the dark crayons on some of the pages.  SO FUN!  We kept having to run into the bathroom (it can be totally dark in there) to check it out.

As noted by the Amazon price on this one, I wouldn’t call it a value subscription.  It’s definitely a convenience subscription or one you would use for gifts.
