BOXYCHARM is a beauty box subscription that surprises you each month with the best beauty products from popular and chic brands. It’s $21/month and includes full size and luxury size beauty samples from their team’s preferred well-known brands.
BOXYCHARM ships via FedEx Smart Post (starts out with FedEx and is delivered by USPS) mid-month.
It looks like this is a black and white picture, but it is not! But it for sure wasn’t a very exciting first look.
The October 2015 BOXYCHARM theme was “Faces of the Moon” and included the following items:
~Palmetto Derma’s Rejuvenating Antioxidant Mask ($64): BOXYCHARM released this item as their first spoiler and I was thrilled. The mask “gently purifies skin, by absorbing impurities and cleaning pores and skin.” You apply it once a week for 15-30 minutes and it leaves your skin bright and smooth. It’s also cruelty-free and vegan!
~Doucce Punk Volumizing Mascara ($24): I really like this mascara. It does a great shop of separating lashes and giving them volume at the same time. It dried quickly too so I didn’t have to worry about it smudging.
~Bellapierre Cheek and Lip Stain ($19.99): I have gotten a few of these in subscription boxes over the years and I do like this. I use it more as a cheek stain than as a lip stain, but it’s nice to throw it your bag as a multi-purpose item.
~Lord & Berry Line/Shade Eyeliner ($18): Lord & Berry is a great brand, but as you know I am not huge on eyeliner so I will be passing this along to a friend. I did test it on my hand and thought it went on smoothly and evenly.
~Cult Cosmetics Nail Polish ($12): I love me some nail polish! I still have Michigan State green and white on my nails right now or I would put this on immediately. It’s a great color (I LOVE the gray for winter) and the consistency seems to be perfect. It’s not all thick and gloopy or thin and runny.
All totaled I came up with a value of $137.99 for the October 2015 BOXYCHARM! As usual BOXYCHARM has provided an amazing box for the price. I mean this box is $21 and had a value of nearly $140. It doesn’t get much better than that!
