The Information Card

The October 2015 Petit Vour theme was “All Treats + Tricks (and no scary ingredients)” and included the following items:

~Habit Cosmetics Nail Polish (Deep Sea) (Full-Size) ($18): OMG I love this color.  I LOVE it!  The formula is amazing (I could probably get away with one coat, but I will still use two coats) and it’s just a gorgeous gorgeous deep inky blue.

~Hana Organic Skincare Eye Oil ($18): This oil is meant for the eye area and works to smooth the area.  I found that it absorbed quickly and you really only need a drop or two.  It contains jojoba & rosehip seed oils; Vitamin E; rose essential oil, is gluten-free and vegan.

~Ursa Major of VT Fantastic Face Wash (1oz) ($6): B has received this brand a few times in subscription boxes, but I have never tried it. I know that he loves it (and I love the smell), so I will give this to him.  I’m actually not sure I realized that Ursa Major was a cruelty-free, non-toxic, vegan brand, but I am happy to hear it.

~Essence of Vali Sleep – A Bedtime Ritual (.02fl.oz) ($1): This oil is applied to pulse points (elbows, wrists, temples) to help ease you into a peaceful sleep and comfort you during times of strew.  I will be using this the next time I have trouble falling asleep.

All totaled I came up with a value of $43 for the October 2015 Petit Vour. I really really enjoyed this box.  The nail polish alone was worth the cost of the box.  Everything else was just a bonus to me!

That nail polish is out of control awesome. I received the disco color. But i loved the blue so much i didnt even wait to trade, i just ordered it. I am enjoying the eye oil too. My skin has been feeling so dry lately.

I cancelled my Petit Vour subscription after receiving this box. There are only SO many boxes I can receive in a row that contain face wash/skincare. The nail color I received was a champagne color, which was alright, but I definitely don’t think it’s worth the $18 the brand puts on. I felt really ripped off with this box- especially seeing the pillow oil. Really? I wish this box was more focused on makeup than facial skincare.
