Scentbird October 2015 Subscription Box Review
Scentbird October 2015 Subscription Box

Scentbird is a monthly fragrance subscription service. Each month you will receive an 8 ml purse spray (enough perfume to apply daily for a whole month) of any fragrance of your choice along with a custom perfume atomizer which arrives in your first box to protect your perfume. Scentbird has over 300 fragrances to choose from and if you opt not make a selection they will send you their monthly featured scent.

The Package

Scentbird ships on the 15th of the month.  If you subscribe before the 5th of the month your package will ship on the 15th of that month. If you subscribe after the 5th your package will ship the following month.

First Look

I can never remember what scent I selected so opening the package is always a surprise.

Scent of the Month

Each month Scentbird selects a perfume of the month (the October one was Clean Cashmere and the November one will be Aqoulina Pink Sugar), however, you can select whatever scent you wish.  I have been picking scents I am not familiar with so I can try lots of new ones. My October selection was as follows:

~Carolina Herrera 212: 212 is described as a “off beat, light floral fragrance with musk undertones”.  It’s main notes are orange blossom, musk, bergamot, freesia and lilly.  I think the musk and the floral do a great job offsetting each other and I really like how this one smells. It’d be a great everyday perfume.
