Wantable Fitness Edit September 2015 Subscription Box

Wantable Fitness Edit is a monthly subscription box with fitness apparel. Each month your fitness editor will hand select 5 fitness pieces which you can try on at home before you buy. Item prices are based on your personal preferences but usually range from $20-$60 each. There is a $20 styling fee and you can keep the pieces you like (the $20 styling fee will be deducted from the cost of the items you keep) and return the ones you don’t. You are only charged for the items you keep and if you end up keeping everything you get a 30% discount on all the items (or a 20% discount if you keep 3-4 items)!

The Box

Wantable Fitness Edit ships via USPS and takes about a week to arrive.

Just like with other Wantable boxes, Wantable Fitness allows you to customize what items you would like to receive.  My only Dislike (meaning I will never get it) is Undergarments.

The Information Card

My September 2015 Wantable Fitness Edit included the following items:

~Just Live Race Time Cropskin Capri (Fiery Maple) ($79): Love these.  I don’t want what this pattern is supposed to be, but it looks like a painting to me.  The wide waistband is perfect for me and obviously the colors / pattern is amazing. I don’t love the price, but it’s tolerable considering how much I love these. Verdict: Kept.

~Soybu Alma Dolman – Terra Blue ($52): The information card says that this is designed with every body type in mind.  I’m not sure about that.  I don’t think mesh and I are ever meant to be together.  Verdict: Returned.

~Mono B Tie Dye Panel Active Capri Leggings ($42): I like everything about these, the firm the pattern, the material, etc., but not enough to keep them.  Since I am keeping the other (more expensive) capri pants, I decided that I should send these back.  I do wish that the pants I ended up keeping had the price tag that these do. Verdict: Returned.

~Just Love Ventedge Racerback Tank Top – White ($39): On the right person and with the right sports bra underneath I am sure that this would look great.  But on me?  No way.  Nope.  Verdict: Returned.

~Soybu Aubrey Wrap – Nova ($69): I am okay with the pattern on this one and like the fit well enough, but I wish the back was a tad longer.  I know it’s meant to be a wrap, but I would prefer it to be more of a longer cardigan.  Verdict: Returned.

Had I kept everything I would have paid $176.70 (that’s after my $84.30 Keep All Discount and my $20 Styling Fee) which really isn’t bad at all for 5 items. It works out to about $35 per piece.  However, I ended up just keeping one piece out of the five so I didn’t get any discount on it.  I may need to do a little revamping of my preferences or get a little more specific because, with the exception of the pants, this was more of a miss than hit for me.

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (fitness, makeup or accessories or intimates) this month?
