Inside

The November 2015 Bespoke Post box we selected was “The Butcher”.  The box contained the following items to help you both cook and entertain:

~Edge-Grain Butcher Block, (L)12″ x (W)14″ x (D)1″ by Brooklyn Butcher Blocks: I can’t find this exact block online because it’s a Bespoke exclusive, but similar ones are $50+.  We have a sort of similar one from Bespoke from many boxes ago and we love it.  We use it mainly for serving / displaying food and will likely do the same with this one.

~Soppressata Handcrafted Salami, 5oz by Creminelli Fine Meats: I am not the biggest fan of the smell of salami or of cutting it, but I love eating it.  Some fancy salami and gourmet cheeses are the best snack for football games.

~Pickled Mustard Seeds, 2oz by Ft. Greene Farms: I can see how these would be cool (if you liked mustard) and think they would be a great addition to a sandwich.  I am going to give them to my mom to try with Thanksgiving leftover turkey sandwiches.

~Charred Sriracha Sauce, 2oz by Ft. Greene Farms: This wasn’t as hot as I was expecting, but I also just tried a tiny amount so maybe that’s why?  I did thing it was super flavorful though!

~“Camp” Drinking Chocolate, 1.4oz by Treehouse Chocolate Co.: It’s getting to be hot chocolate season and this makes amazing hot chocolate.  It’s GMO-free, organic and dye and color-additive free.  I have had these a few times and always enjoy it!
