The first look this month revealed just about nothing.
The November 2015 Orange Glad included the following items:
~Dottie’s Delight Maple Caramel: I love caramels of all sorts, but maple caramels just aren’t my favorites. As far as caramels go though these are soft and creamy and everything I would want from a caramel except for the favor itself.
~Shotwell Candy Co. Classic Tennessee Toffee: I am not huge on toffee, but every once in a while I do eat it. As far as toffee goes this was good stuff! Shotwell Candy Co. makes pretty much the best caramels ever so I should have thought this would be good too.
~Poisoned Apples Crunchy Toffee Topped Caramels: Totally amazing! WB and I samples this one this together and we were both fans. I liked the crunchy / creamy combo a lot!
~Seattle’s Chocolate Thanks-olate Bar: This is a milk chocolate truffle bar with toffee and “gratitude”. This is totally a toffee / caramel box this month! I think this bar was my favorite item this month. Not only was it delicious, I loved the message on it.
~Studmuffin Desserts Bleecker Street Brittle: I love the name of this company! Who doesn’t want to try something from a place called Studmuffin? Brittle isn’t my favorite (it’s just too hard), but I thought this was pretty good.
I always mention it, but Orange Glad is not a “value” subscription. This box isn’t going to save you a ton of money or get you a lot of product for the cost. It’s more of a fun box that allows you to try and experience new treats!
