~Good Morning!! I am feeling a bit better today thank goodness! I ended up not volunteering at L’s Santa Shop yesterday (BOO) and instead hit up Doctor on Demand for a prescription to fix this nasty cough. If you have never used Doctor on Demand (I think I mentioned them before a while back) I highly recommend trying them. It’s an App that lets you video chat with a doctor who can diagnose your “simple” (think like cough, cold, pink eye, rashes, etc.) illnesses and write prescriptions for you. It’s a flat rate of $40 (you can use my referral coupon code “jennifer388” to save $10) and you get 15 minutes with a doctor. It’s genius. I was so not about to go to Urgent Care and sit in a waiting room for an hour!!
~I still have a bunch of subscription boxes coming this week including FabFitFun, Rachel Zoe Box of Style, POPSUGAR Holiday for Him, TODAY Show POPSUGAR, Allure Beauty Box – Limited Edition, OROGOLD, Dottiebox, and a handful of others. My mail has been super slow lately and my mail lady has been marking some of my packages “not deliverable as addressed” which means I end up getting those a day or two later than I should! Oh well, the will come eventually!
~Sliced Chocolate. Did you know that this existed? Well, it does in Japan. I am not sure about this, but I feel like people probably thought that about sliced cheese one too you know? If it gets to the US I will totally try it of course.
~The Secret Santa gifts have been rolling in and everyone has been doing an awesome job shopping for their matches! There are a few people who have yet to ship (and may be flaking), but I kind of expected that. I have plenty of elves (other Secret Santa participants) who have volunteered to make boxes for those who don’t get one so everyone will totally end up with something! I swear! ~Did anyone watch Mat Franco’s Got Magic last night? Wow. That was some crazy sh*t. I just do not get it. I think my favorite “trick” was when he got Gronk’s phone in that football. Like what? Insanity.
~I am pretty much obsessed with these DIY peppermint bowls from Brit + Co. (and a bunch of other places). I want to try to make one and so does my mom. She’s probably going to get hers done first (because I’ll go to the store 20 time and forget to buy peppermints every single time) and I will make sure to report back! Aren’t they cute??

I keep looking at the bowls but like you I’m a peppermint buying slacker. LOL Maybe next week when the boys get out of school it could be a fun activity.
The bowls are cool, but very fragile. I made some and they lasted only a few hours. Maybe the crafter, though, not sure :-).
