Birchbox Man February 2016 Subscription Box Review - "Life Hacked" + Coupon Code Birchbox Man is $20/month and sends you monthly deliveries of deluxe grooming and lifestyle samples, tailored to your profile. With Birchbox Man you can try cult brands, up-and-coming lines, and everything in between.
Birchbox Man ships via USPS (through Newgistics) and generally arrives during the first few days of the month or the last few days or the previous month.
For the second month in a row, Birchbox Man didn’t offer a curated box option.  The Lifestyle options this month were: Hammak Boxer Briefs, OCD Experience Leather RFID Wallet and Murchison-Hume Garment Groom Stain Remover plus  Wurkin Stiffs Stiff N Stays Collar Stays.
The Birchbox Man information card is now totally digital and can be located in your account online. The February 2016 Birchbox Man theme was “Life Hacked” and included the following items:

~L’Artisan Fou d’Absinthe Eau de Parfum (1mL) ($2): This is a spicy scent with top notes of absinthe and angelica.  Other notes include star anise, clove, forest balsams, pine needles, and patchouli. It’s unlike most scents we have received from Birchbox and I love it.

~Organize & Create Discipline Leather RFID Wallet ($42.99): This is 100% genuine leather and has slots for credit cards and a money clip inside.  The super cool part is that it has a radio frequency identification (RFID) shield which blocks the frequencies embedded in your credit cards and IDs from identity theft. It’s a little thicker than the wallet B now carries, but the fact that no one can swipe your info is a game changer.

~Marvis Mouthwash Concentrate – Strong Mint (~$5): This has already disappeared into B’s travel bag. He just got home, but he’s got a ton more travel coming up.  It smells good and it works on even the worst garlic breath.  It’s super concentrated which explains why the full size (at 4.1oz) is smaller than the majority of mouthwashes you see at the store.

~(MALIN+GOETZ) clarifying clay mask (15mL) ($7.20): I was SO excited to see this in B’s box!  It’s designed to conquer shine and blemishes in under 10 minutes a week.  It’s meant for acne prone skin, which is more me than B, so he said I could have it.  And I love it.  I’ve used it before and it leaves my skin glowing.  I can’t believe I haven’t purchased a full-size one yet.

~Blackbird Transparent Shave (7.4mL / 0.25oz) ($7): I think it’s been about a month since B last shaved so he will certainly be needing this soon.  It’s used to prep your skin before shaving and can be used with or without a shaving cream.
All totaled B’s February 2016 Birchbox Man had a value of $64.19.  Including the points for purchasing the box (20 points = $2) and the points for reviewing the products / sharing on Facebook (60 points = $6), the real value of this box is $72.19.  We loved this month’s box and thought everything in here was amazing!
