Olfactif ships via USPS around the 1st of the month. If your first purchase is before the 15th of the month they will ship out your collection immediately. Otherwise your first box will ship around the 1st of the following month.
The January 2016 Olfactif theme was “What’s In A Name?” and included the following scents:
~Winter – Dasein: I was super surprised when I sprayed this to find that it smelled pine trees! I absolutely love it. It has notes of blue spruce, black cardamom, forest pine, and French lavender, all of which nicely balance out the pine.
~The Dark Heart of Old Havana – 4160 Tuesdays: Notes on this one include orange, peach, grapefruit, sugar, tobacco, bergamot, tonka, jasmine, vanilla, musk, and black pepper. I found it to be really strong. Too strong actually. I picked up more of the darker scents like the musk, tobacco, bergamot and black pepper and less of the vanilla, orange, peach, etc. Sadly this one just wasn’t for me.
~Poopoo Pidoo – Ego Facto: I love the name on this one. Notes on it include citrus, orange blossom, rice powder, amber, woods, and musk. At first I thought this smelled like cleaning products, but after a few minutes I started to pick up the rice powder and amber and some of the citrus. I ended up really liking this one.
