Something Snacks always packs their boxes full!
The January 2016 Something Snacks box included the following items:
~Mui Bon from Mexico: Mui Bon bars are wafers on the outside and are filled hazelnut filling, peanuts and chocolate. As you can imagine, I can’t find a single thing wrong with these.
~Bobo’s Oat Bars from USA: I believe this is the “Something Familiar” in this box. I don’t recall every hearing about these before though? It’s an apple pie flavored oat bar. And it’s not too bad! As a side note, January is National Oatmeal month. I had no idea!
~Corkers from England: These are pork sausage and english mustard flavored chips. There’s a little too much happening in here for me, so I am going to save them for B.
~Lee’s from Scotland: This is just like a York Peppermint Patty just in a different shape! It’s mint creme fondant covered in dark chocolate! So tasty!
~El Shamadan from Egypt: This is a biscuit wafer filled with chocolate. It’s so good. I love wafer cookies and was excited to see this in here.
~Mikio from Greece: I would prefer these were just sun-dried tomato flavored and didn’t have the Kalamata olives flavor in them, but you can’t have everything I guess. They are really good as is though.
~Samyang Star Popeye from Korea: So these are ramen snacks with star shapes candy inside. The kids thought they were good, but I don’t know.
I didn’t do a cost breakdown on Something Snacks, but I always think the value is there. They send such fun and unique snacks!
