Wantable Intimates January 2016 Subscription

Wantable Intimates sends you either 3 premium pieces of lingerie or 3 premium pieces of loungewear. You can select which you wish to receive in your profile and can update it as needed. They also offer makeup, fitness, style and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences.  And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. They just switched things up a little and now allow you to return just a portion of your box!  Wantable now lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the Retail Price so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return items.  If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $36.

I want to mention that Wantable has recently increased their price from $40 per box to $50 per box (those who subscribed prior to 10/24 will keep the $40/month rate as long as they are subscribed). In addition, boxes will now include 3 items as opposed to the previous 3-4 items. Wantable indicated that this is so that they can send send you “a look” rather than just pieces.

Preferences

I mention it every time, but you can totally customize your Wantable box.  You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike.  You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike.  It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing.

The Information Card

My January 2016 Wantable Intimates Collection included the following items:

~Muk Luk Slipper Socks (Retail Price: $24, Your Price: $13.33): YES! I love these. I first discovered Muk Luks thanks to Wantable and have been a fan ever since. The print on these are wild, but I am thrilled to get them.

~Demi City Sky Long Sleeve Sweatshirt Dress (Retail Price: $36, Your Price: $20): There’s a lot happening here. LOL. It has hood though and you know how I love things with hoods. The card suggests pairing it with leggings for lounging around the house.  I only wish this were shorter and more like a long hoodie instead of a dress.

~Rene Rofe Perfectly Centered Hipster (Retail Price: $12, Your Price: $6.67): These aren’t overly exciting, but they are super cute!

All totaled my January 2016 Wantable Intimates Box had a value of $72.  I paid $40 and really didn’t think that was too bad.  However, I am not seeing the the “look” Wantable promised with their price increase.  Am I supposed to wear all these pieces together?  That would look pretty crazy!  LOL!!!

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (makeup or accessories or intimates) this month? Have you tried either of the new Edits (Fitness or Style)? If you are interested in signing up for Wantable you can head here and check them out!

I received the same Muk Luks–they’re my first pair and I was pretty excited! I got the sweatshirt dress in September or October I think….it’s sitting in a drawer lol. I’m with you for wondering where the “look” is. I’m almost wondering if that concept is only being really done for newer subscribers who are paying the higher cost? My boxes do not have a “look” at ALL. In addition to the Muk Luks I also got blue flowered PJ pants and black and hot pink striped undies. Those would be quite the outfit together! lol
