Prospurly February 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon Code
Prospurly sends a monthly subscription box filled with exceptional experiences curated around organic, artisan & small-batch products. Each box includes 6-8 Luxurious Products with an average value of $80. Items included range from irresistible Gourmet Foods and Bath & Body Essentials.

Prospurly ships via USPS Priority Mail around the 25th of the month.

The February 2016 Prospurly theme was “The Season of Love” and included the following items curated around the sentiment of “selfless love and giving”:

~Acanela Spices Shashi Indian Spice Blend ($19.50): This blend contains no salt or preservatives.  It’s a blend of organic cumin seed, mustard seed, turmeric, paprika, coriander powder, fenugreek leaves, dried mango and fennel.  It smells amazing and, per the information card, will make 10-12 family meals.

~Sacred Summit Stoneground Chocolate ($5): Subscribers received either “Elemental” or “Midnight”.  I received Elemental which contains Ecuadorian Cacao, Oregon Honey, Cacao Butter, Goji Berries, Reishi Mushroom Powder, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Bean & Pink Salt. I can’t say that I have ever received a chocolate bar with mushroom powder inside, but luckily I couldn’t taste it.

~Sakari Botanicals Rose Cedar Salve ($12): Ahh, I love salves.  I mainly use them on elbows, knees and heels, but they work quite well on random rough patches too.  This one is made from rose hips, cedar, hops and local beeswax and really did the job nicely.

~Sakari Botanicals Rosehip Lip Balm ($5):  This lip balm combines locally grown (they are in Bend, Oregon) Wood’s Rose hips with local organic Beeswax.  Super moisturizing and it smelled great as well.

~Nature’s Skin Nutrition Premium Ancient Bath Milk ($16): This is a custom blend make with the folk’s at Nature’s Skin Nutrition.  It took me forever to find them online, but it turns out they have an Etsy shop. It looks like their regular 4oz bath milk sells for $12, but I guess this is more since it’s a custom blend?

~Wax & Wick Cedar & Vanilla Wood Wick Candle (4oz) ($7.50): This candle smells amazing. It has notes of cedarwood and vanilla and is hand poured in small batches. They recommend only burning it for 45 minutes at a time which is something I need to keep in mind.

~Lexy Olivia’s Handmade Watercolor Cards x 3 ($11):  These are absolutelt gorgeous.  A little late for Valentine’s Day, but there is nothing wrong with extending the holiday a tad.
All totaled I came up with a value of $76 for the February 2016 Prospurly box. Their boxes don’t always wow me, but they are consistently above the price of the box.
