Super Gains Pack doesn’t include an information card, but I so wish they did. Regardless, my December 2015 Super Gains Pack included the following:

~Samples: Set #1: Labrada Super Charge Pre-Workout: This pre-workout promises to promote better results and comes in an assortment of flavors.  I sampled the watermelon and was impressed with the taste. It wasn’t chalky at all. Met-Rx Big100 Brownie: The Met-Rx brownie packs 30g of protein and 0g of trans fat. You can pop it in the microwave for an even tastier treat. Core Nutritionals MRP Meal Supplement: Core MRP is a meal supplement.  I like they they call it a supplement and not a meal replacement. ProSupps PSWhey: ProSupps can be mixed with water or skim-milk and helps to gain lean muscle and promote fat loss. Musclean Chocolate Milkshake: This also helps you to gain lean muscle and is high in protein and formulated for “hard gainers”.  BodyLogix Caffeine: To be real these kind of scare me.  Remember when Jessie Spano was taking those caffeine pills?  One of these has 4x more caffeine than a bottle of Diet Pepsi (which I also know scares some people), but less than a Grande Starbucks Blonde Roast. I guess when you compare it that way the caffeine content doesn’t seem that crazy. Legend by Cutler Nutrition: Legend by Cutler Nutrition is a pre-workout design dog maximum energy, power and performance.

~Samples: Set #2: Myogenix After Shock Post-Workout Catalyst: Myogenix is a post-workout drink.  It’s to be taken within 30 minutes post-workout for maximum results. Nubreed Nutrition HelixBCAA: Nubreed is a post-workout recovery drink. It works to help you recover more quickly and accelerate muscle growth. Species Isolyze: Isolyze contains 27g of protein per serving.  Their website includes recipes for using it in iced-cofee and also in cookies. Buff Bake Red Velvet Protein Peanut Spread: WHAT?  How did I not know a product like this existed? This is amazing and I need to get the full size ASAP! 360 Cut 360 Sport: 360Sport works to provide”fast-absorbing fuel to hard-working muscles, improving blood flow for increased energy and endurance, and promoting rapid muscle repair and recovery.” NutraBio Super Carb: Super Carb refuels and replenishes performance.  I sampled this one as well to try the taste (we received raspberry lemonade) and found it to be super tasty.

~Samples: Set #3: bpiSports ISOHD: ISOHD promotes lean muscle growth and rapid recovery.  I didn’t think this tasted overly like cookies, but I bet mixing it with milk would be better than mixing with water. Steel N.O. Matrix: N.O. Matrix is a pre-workout designed to “ignite your mind, muscles, and workout regiment”. Whey Clean: I would love it if they included these every month.  Whey Clean was formulated to specifically target the odors and stains left behind by protein powders, supplements, and smoothies.  If you use products like these and don’t rinse them immediately you know the issue. bpiSports BurnXS: BurnXS helps with fat loss and increasing metabolism. 360Cut 360Stim: 360Stim is designed to provide maximum strength concentration/focus and alertness. Catalyst – Peach Mango: Catalyst ” bridges the gap between physically effective “pump-based” pre-workouts and mentally stimulating focus enhancing pre-workouts.”
I never do a cost breakdown on Super Gains Pack, but they provide a TON of samples to test out and try.  I am super curious to see the changes they are making and what kind of fitness apparel boxes will include going forward!
