~Good morning! It finally happened, we got a Snow Day! L could not have been more excited. W was excited too – even though he doesn’t have school today anyway. LOL! We don’t have a ton of snow, but what we do have is heavy and wet and just a mess. I have no idea what we will do with the day (probably just bake cookies and play outside), but I am thankful we got one.
~What do you think of the new Starbucks Loyalty program? My feelings are mixed. It will be better when all of us (B and I and the kids) go to Starbucks together and B and I both get coffees and the kids get cake pops. However, if B stops there on his own or if it’s just me going (this is rare), it’s obviously not going to do as well. It won’t stop me from going or anything, but I am interested to see how quickly I am able to earn “free” drinks now!
~Subscription box wise I am expecting Nerd Block (the limited edition one), Prospurly, petgiftbox, For the Faithful, The Boodle Box, Birchbox Man, Wantable, Blissmo and a handful of others to round out the week. I use the FedEx Delivery Manager, My USPS and My UPS to track what’s coming. They come in super handy and it’s always fun knowing what boxes are coming your way.
~The POPSUGAR Resort Limited Edition Box sold out in less than 24 hours! Other than the Target + POPSUGAR Limited Edition Box, I can’t recall the last time one of their Limited Edition boxes has sold out so quickly. The “Holiday for Her” box was available forever. I am hoping this is a good sign and means that they didn’t (couldn’t) produce a ton because there’s something so fabulous inside that they couldn’t a bunch of. Well, I can hope anyway.
~Can we talk about Teen Mom? Please? What was that trainwreck? Farrah yelling at her producer Larry like that? OMG. OMG. It must have take great restraint for him to not lose his mind on her. And when she went to the jewelry store to pick out her engagement ring (even though she’s only been back with Simon for 2 seconds) and declared it all “too cheap”. Uhh, okay. Compared to Farrah everyone else was dull this week. I did think it was fabulous that Ryan finally seems to be stepping up and likewise, it was nice to see Amber and Gary (somewhat) getting along. But Farrah. Oh Farrah!

Teen Mom!! Do you get the feeling even when Farrah is being “nice” she is still being rude? Like the lunch with her dad and Simon. No one blinked an eye at her attitude or rude statements. I agree everyone else was boring. Kind of a let down, but I always love reunions so I’m excited for that. What did you think of Maci drinking? Those scenes were shot in late December, and when she was sitting in her office chair I definitely noticed a bump… I believe she truly didn’t know, but I’m confused how she didn’t know.
Simon is just with her to get his 15 minutes of fame, right? RIGHT?!? I mean I certainly don’t think he’s a smart man, but this is ridiculous. You’d have to be nuts to be with that woman.
Yes, I need someone to explain them to me! Two episodes ago they weren’t speaking and hated each other. Not they are looking at rings. What’d I miss here?
I have mixed emotions about the Starbucks thing. It is great for when I go to teavana and buy something that is $20 or so. But if I buy anything other than a venti I will feel ripped off lol.
The whole Maci thing is pretty disturbing. Maybe she was on that birth control where you don’t get your period for a few months.
Yeah, I am a little confused about Macy’s pregnancy. But I mean it does happen. I have had friend’s it’s happened to!
