Olfactif March 2016 Subscription Box Review - "Marching Back and Forth"
Olfactif is a monthly perfume subscription box. Each month subscribers receive some of the finest and hardest-to-find perfume samples from niche artists around the world. Samples are contained in 2.25mL glass vials and each vial has enough for 15 – 20 wearings. In addition, you will receive an $18 credit to put toward a full bottle of a featured scent, every month.

Olfactif ships via USPS around the 1st of the month.  If your first purchase is before the 15th of the month they will ship out your collection immediately.  Otherwise your first box will ship around the 1st of the following month.

The March 2016 Olfactif theme was “Marching Back and Forth” and included the following scents:

~Soliflore Gardenia Dame Perfumery: Soliflore Gardenia smells like, you guessed it, Gardenia!  That’s it!  It’s a little too much floral for my taste, but if you like Gardenia, this is clearly a scent for you!

~Memoir Woman Amouage: This scent has notes of mandarin, cardamon, absinthe, pink pepper, wormwood, clove, white flowers, rose, jasmine, frankincense, styrax, oakmoss, leather, labdanum and musk.  If you think it sounds like it’s got a lot going on you’d be right. All in all it’s not a bad scent, but it’s a little heavy for me.

~Mon Jardin Bottega Profumiera: Now this scent I love!  It has notes of tangerine, bergamot, neroli, orange glower, jasmine, fig leaves, iris, musk and sandalwood.  I could pick up a lot of the citrus notes, but the musk and bergamot make it much deeper.  This is easily my favorite of the three.
