I had mixed feelings about this first look.
The April 2016 Prospurly theme was “Celebrating Mother Earth” and included the following items:
~Rishi Hibiscus Berry Organic Loose Leaf Herbal Tea ($8.50): This tea, which is a “rejuvenating tropical herb tea with juicy currants + revitalizing rose hips” was actually in the April 2016 Yogi Surprise as well. I know the companies are somehow related (at the very least they ship from the same facility), so I was a little surprised to find the same item in here. If you love tea, you will probably love this, but I will be passing this tin on to my cousin just like I did the other.
~Holy Schmidt Coffee Co. ($15): Costa Rica Rio Jorco is deemed the highest quality Tarrazu high altitude Shade Grown coffee. Its tasting notes are “Juicy”, “Brown Sugar” and “syrupy” and this went straight to work with my husband. We got a kick out of the name alone with this one.
~Blush & Blossom Rose Clay Mask ($10): This 2oz jar is enough for about 23 masks (minus the mask I spilled when I was trying to open it) and contains rose clay, colloidal oatmeal, and kaolin clay. You can mix it with the liquid of your choice (water, yogurt, honey, etc.) and it works to unclog burdened pores and brighten up skin tone. I mixed it with water and was happy with how nice it made my skin look. I do need to work on getting a better consistency though. I may need to mix in a small bowl instead of the palm of my hand.
~The Moontree Jasmine Rose Cleansing Facial Serum ($14): This serum is described as “a viscous cleansing flower oil meant for replenishing skin and cleansing pores”. It’s meant to be used as part of an at-home facial and can also be used as a makeup remover. I like that it’s not your traditional after moisturizer serum because I have a ton of those.
~Lotus Naturals Life Blends (Allergy) ($15): The timing on this is ideal. It’s allergy season in Michigan (and probably everywhere else as well) and my sinuses are a mess. If this roll-on can help with sinus pressure and headaches and all my other allergy issues, I am all for it.
~Heather Lane Cosmertics Hand & Cuticle Salve (2oz) ($12): Love this. I found it to be rich and easy to rub into my nails and cutricles. It softened them quickly and didn’t leave any residue.
~Bonus: Whole Heart Wildflower Seed Bombs: These can be planted anywhere you want wildflowers to grow! I thought they were bath bombs at first so I am glad I read the card ;).
All totaled I came up with a value of $74.50 for the April 2016 Prospurly. I wasn’t too excited about getting a second tea (although if you don’t subscribe to both boxes it’s not a repeat), but other than that I loved this box. The value was impressive and I liked the variety of items included.

Oxox I was excited to read your review! This was my first subscription box I ever said yes too. One never knows when they ship out product how it will get there and if the receiver will even like it.
Thank you,
Heather
