Boxwalla boxes (the boxes themselves) are probably one of the most interesting boxes out there. They are made in India from tree-free handmade paper. The boxes are made out of cotton scraps, using the traditional art of paper-making that involves 9 steps and takes several weeks. The handmade paper is then meticulously fashioned into the boxes that the goodies get shipped in.
The June 2016 Boxwalla Beauty Box features the Wandering Women’s multitasking, travel must-haves, as well as beauty secrets that she has discovered while traveling the world:
~Gressa Lumiere in Elise ($28): I tested this out expecting it to be a serum, but much to my surprise, it’s actually a liquid tint! It works on cheeks, lips, or eye lids – wherever you need a little color. It’s like nothing I have ever tried before and I am basically obsessed with it. It’s 100% vegan and is actually formulated with broccoli oil.
~Henne Organics Rose Diamonds Lip Exfoliator ($24): The timing on this one couldn’t be better because my lips need this. It’s rose scented and felt like such a special treat to use. It’s Made in the USA and is USDA Certified Organic.
~Rachel’s Plan Bee Body Polish ($20): I cannot stop smelling this! It’s a citrus and vanilla scent and is just amazing. It contains organic sugar, oils, shea butter & beeswax and is probably one of the best scrubs I have tried lately.
~Rachel’s Plan Bee Original Bee Cream ($6): Bee Cream works on rough spots and cuticles. It even works to smooth flyaways. It’s not greasy and this size is great for traveling.
All totaled I came up with a value of $78 for the June 2016 Boxwalla Beauty Box. I loved the mixture of items and absolutely loved that this box introduced me to a ton of new brands!
