The June 2016 Pampered Mommy Box included the following items:

~AmpliLash Fiber Mascara ($28): I am not 100% sure on this yet. It looked clumpy when I tried it, but I may just need a little more practice. It for sure amplified my lashes, but did it look good?  I am not sure?  I probably dipped into the tube a few too many times!  I will keep trying.

~Makeup Eraser Mini ($12): This kind of is magic. You just wet it, wipe your face and boom, your makeup is gone. I have no idea how this works (and the website doesn’t really say), but it’s good for 1000 uses (according to the website) and can be tossed in the washing machine without any issues. I can’t say yet if it lasts 1000 uses, but it did work to remove some stubborn eyeliner I had swatched on my arm!

~Greenleaf Candle (Bella Freesia) ($10): The candle smells good and comes in a cute container. What more could I really want?  The Bella Freesia scent is described as “Lovely freesia and delicate white tea beautifully blend with amber and cotton blossom in elegant splendor”.  It’s light and summery and I am a fan.

~Triple Chocolate Cookie Mix by Mason Jar Cookie Company ($10): Love these! I first heard of this company from a POPSUGAR Must Have Box a few years ago and have been a fan since. I love the packaging and the cookies are yummy. Some of their mixes come in actual mason jars and some – like this one – come in pouches that are meant to look like mason jars.

~Nail File ($2): Not super exciting, but I can always use a new nail file. Always.

All totaled I came up with a value of $64 for the June 2016 Pampered Mommy Box!  About half the value of the box comes from the mascara, which I am not totally sure about yet, but otherwise I am happy with the box.  The cookies, candle, and makeup eraser all were wins for me.

I didn’t know there was a “mini” makeup eraser, but I know the original one is $20 at Sephora. I also know Walmart sells essentially the same thing (called Always Off) in a pack of 3 for about $3. They’re normally one of the hanging things in the middle of the makeup aisle. Even if they aren’t as good, you’ll go through several packs of these for less than one of the others!

Note: I have used these, and even bought a second pack. Never bought the makeup eraser though. I wash these with the towels after every use with no issues so far.
