Rachel Zoe Summer 2016 Box of Style Review + Coupon Code
Box of Style is a seasonal subscription box by Rachel Zoe. It promises to include $300 favorite fashion, beauty and lifestyle items hand-curated by Rachel and The Zoe Report Team. This box launched in Spring 2015, making the Summer box the fourth one they have sent.

From Rachel Zoe:
“Summer is the time to break out VIBRANT COLORS, festive prints and LUXE ACCESSORIES.  Looking EFFORTLESSLY CHIC in hot weather is EASY, but only if you have the RIGHT STAPLES.  This season’s box is filled with my and my team’s LATEST OBSESSIONS.  I hope you LOVE them as much as I do.”

The Summer 2016 Box of Style shipped via FedEx Smart Post. It was supposed to ship on June 1st, but mine shipped a few days after that and took about a week to arrive.

All of the items in the Box of Style come wrapped, so it makes it extra fun to unwrap.

The Summer 2016 Box of Style by Rachel Zoe contained the following items:

~Luv AJ Lariat Necklace & Ring Combo ($190): I did a mini review on this set at the end of last month (they sent it early to me to review), but having it come in the box with everything else makes it so much prettier in my opinion!  The ring is sizable (pull it apart slowly though) and both pieces can be worn with just about anything.  You could wear this to the beach or to the office and not look out of place with it on.

~OUAI Haircare Wave Spray (50mL) ($12): The information card calls this “The Beach in a Bottle”.  And I agree. It gave my hair great texture and amazing beach waves.  I actually sprayed this in my hair, put it in a tight fun for 15 minutes and wow, it looked like I’d spent the afternoon at the beach.

~YHF Los Angeles Cashton Brown Sunglasses ($40): I’m not in love with these (I prefer a different shape of glasses), but I can always use more sunglasses.  I know I say that all the time, but I swear, there are times I don’t have any in my car or bag and I hate that!  These do have nose pieces that will get stuck in your hair if you like to keep them on your head (I always do), but I think that’s to be expected for this style and any sunglasses with nose pieces really. If you know if any that don’t get caught, let me know.

~Juice Beauty Green Apple SPF 15 Brightening Moisturizer ($38): This “lightweight daily moisturizer that combines zinc broad spectrum sun protection with brightening alpha hydroxy acids and organic fruit antioxidants to hydrate and smooth for optimum age-defying benefits”.  It’s formulated without parabens, petroleum, propylene or butylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, pesticides, phthalates, artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances.  It’s not my absolute favorote, but I do like that it has built in SPF.

~DreamDry The Dream Turban ($30): I need this in my life like yesterday.  I hate blow drying my hair, but I also hate when it takes forever to dry.  This is going to solve all my problems!  It soaks up excess moisture and doesn’t leave your hair frizzy.  Genius.

~Michael Stars Pastel Gardens Coverup  ($58): I saved the best for last!  This coverup is insanely gorgeous.  It’s long and colorful and flowing and just beautiful.  It can work at your neighborhood pool or at a fancy resort.  It’ll transition from the pool to the restaurant for lunch for dinner without a problem. I actually feel like this really will fit all sizes too.  I think this is the hero item of the box for me.

All totaled the Summer 2016 Box of Style by Rachel Zoe had a value of $368. This box was such a huge win for me and the curation was spot on.
