~Good evening! B’s in Germany for a few weeks and my Dad was up-north, so it was just the little boys and I today for Father’s Day. We decided to break out the slip and slide from our Target Wonderpack. Uhh, this may have been the hardest thing ever to figure out. I am still not sure if I got it right? Some parts were supposed to be inflated with water and some with just air? And it seemed like some with both? I don’t know, I found the instructions super confusing. But whatever, we got it set up and the boys had a ball!

~I also was able to find the “First Day of School” chalkboard sign from the Bullseye Playground at Target this weekend!  I saw it on Instagram and knew it would be perfect for first day of school pictures.  I usually print the signs, but I this will save a fortune on ink.

~What’s everyone reading right now?  I am still working on Modern Lovers by Emma Straub (and really need to get it finished).  I really should only read books on long car trips when I know I can finish them ASAP!

Yeah, we found that Slip ‘n Slide confusing and disappointing. We ended up with an adult having to stand next to it, spraying it with a hose while the kids played.

Thank goodness it wasn’t just me. I must have looked at that little instructions sheet a dozen times. Still didn’t make sense.

It took 6 adults to set the one up at my sister in laws house last night, and then we still couldn’t get the top to blow up anymore than halfway.. so we just said screw it and started tossing the kids on 😛
