MyIrelandBox July 2016 Subscription Box Review
MyIrelandBox is a subscription box straight from Ireland to your doorstep!  The box includes one large or 2-4 Irish made/designed home goods, accessories, jewellery, stationary or beauty products.

MyIrelandBox ships from Ireland and, in general, takes about a week to arrive.

The July 2016 MyIrelandBox theme was “The Irish Summer” and included the following items:

~At It Again Notebook ($6.65): The illustration on this notebook features a quote from James Joyce’s Ulysses.  It was the last line of the book, and this notebook is meant to serve as a wonderful reminder of the Summer in Dublin.  I am always jotting things down in little notebooks, so this will come in very handy.

~The Wool Felt Shop Handmade Wool Felt Bumble Bee: The Wool Felt Shop is based in The Old Butchers Studios in Dublin City.  It’s handmade with 100% wool felt.  I find felting to be fascinating. It looks extremely difficult, but the results are amazing.

~Bia Beauty Hand Cream (Sample) and Lime Pie Lip Balm: Bia Beauty Natural Skincare products are 100% natural and are made using simple food ingredients.  The bite-size hand cream is super moisturizing, and I can’t lie, I almost used up the entire container already.  The Lime Pie lip balm smells amazing and works great!

~Jennifer Slattery Textiles Linen: The final item in the box was a textile by Jennifer Slattery.  The information sheet suggests using it on a tray or on top of a small table.  If you have the skills, I am thinking if would be a great pillow cover – you’d just need to add a back.

My feelings on the July 2016 MyIrelandBox are mixed.  I liked the variety, but nothing in here totally wowed me.
