The July 2016 BuddhiBox included the following items:

~Towel Set With Eco Sack – People Towels ($11): These towels are a replacement for traditional paper towels.  I have gotten these in the past and try as I may to stop using paper towels so much, I haven’t been able to break the habit.  Maybe I need to find a place for these in my kitchen that will make me SEE them and, therefore, use them.

~Cuccio Power Flow Yoga DVD ($19.95): I couldn’t find this online so I used the price on the information card.  It’s a 50 minute total mind and body workout and looks like a great one.

~Cuccio Somatology Yoga Essentials Kit ($12.95): This kit includes Balancing Oil (2oz), Balancing Lotion (2oz) and Yoga Mat Sani Spray Cleanser (2oz).  These are designed to “help enhance your daily yoga experience”.  I think they are ideal for traveling and will even fit in your carry-on.  All the scents are light and I found them to be very calming.

~The Kind Market – Cozumel Tassel Bracelet ($18): Love these bracelets!  KIND (Kindness for International Need and Development) was born from the desire to empower women around the world.  These bracelets help to support the sustainability, education and empowerment of women in developing countries.

~Tranzend – All Natural Detox Stix Supplement: My box was missing these, but from what I can tell it was a sample of two packets.  They are designed to get your bodies back in balance, eliminate harmful toxins, reduce the negative impacts of stress and improve your digestive health.

~YUNI Beauty Shower Sheets ($12): I am very excited about these!  My husband is in the National Guard and has his two week training coming up soon.  I am not 100% sure if they will be in the field, but if they are, these will come in very hand. They are also amazing for after a workout and at summer music festivals.

All totaled I came up with a value of $73.90 for the July 2016 BuddhiBox.  It was a pretty solid box and had a nice mixture of usable items.
