Little Lace Box August 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon Code
Little Lace Box is a subscription service that delivers hand-curated, nearly impossible-to-find designer products directly to your doorstep every other month. Boxes will be brimming with high-end, brand-name beauty, lifestyle, and home product samples to treat yourself to and dazzle your friends during your next night out.

Little Lace Box typically ships via USPS Priority Mail sometime after the 20th if the month.

Little Lace Box packaged everything in a plain brown box this month.   That box had the signature red Little Lace Box box inside with a few items inside.

This was a fun one to unbox because there was so many layers and things to unwrap and discover!

The August 2016 Little Lace Box theme was “Good Morning Sunshine” and included the following items:

~Monogrammed Spa Wrap in White or Ecru (First Initial) (Boca Terry) ($25.99): August is Little Lace Box’s second anniversary and it marks the start of “LLB 2.0”.  Per the information card, “LLB 2.0” caps the development process that provides you with a more personalized box.  This month’s box included items that they could guess the personalization on if necessary, but make sure you fill out the survey if you haven’t already!  Okay, on to the products!  This spa wrap is designed for when you are getting ready in the morning.  It’s lightweight, but not thin and will stay on while you are trying to apply your makeup and won’t make you overheat.  All wraps are personalized with the subscriber’s first initial.

~Monogrammed Face/Hand Towel in Ecru – Boca Terry (First Initial) ($9.99):  This towel is made by Boca Terry which produces the spa wraps above and these towels for some of the fanciest hotels out there.  I didn’t have a towel just for washing my face, but that’s what I plan to use this for.  These were also all monogrammed with subscriber’s first initials.

~Gold Decorative Bath Bowl (One of Four Styles) ($18.99): This bowl is designed for cotton balls, Q-Tips, makeup sponges, etc.  Whatever you use it for it will for sure glam up your bathroom.  All subscribers will receive one of four designs.  I don’t know what the other designs are, but I am very happy with mine.

~Contour / Blush / Highlighter Cosmetics Brush ($19.99): This brush is made of natural hair (brown goat hair) which helps to distribute pigment of evenly.  It’s soft and high-quality for the price.

~Delray Beach Luxury Shower Gel (Argan Oil, Macadamia or Olive Oil) ($7.99): This shower gel is made without parabens and felt so luxurious in the shower today.  It has a clean, spa-like scent.  Very nice.

~Professional Salon Quality Wood Brush in Paddle or Oval ($18.99): This is a professional salon quality brush that works on wet hair or as a tool for blow drying.  I am currently using a smaller wet brush on my hair, but I am going to switch to this for a while. It’s bigger (which I like) and I didn’t have any issues with my hair getting tangled in it.

~Haley Sadlo Kettle Cup Collection (One of Four Styles) ($14.99): I was so anxious to see which mug I could receive!  I’m not sure I have seen all the varieties, but I am happy with the one. The green is fun and the calligraphy is gorgeous.  As a side note, have you ever watched any of the #calligraphy videos on Instagram?  Very addicting.

~Primal Kitchen Dark Chocolate Almond Bar ($2.49): The final item in the box was a Dark Chocolate Almond Bar by Primal Kitchen.  Mine was a tad smushed, but it’ll still be ideal for an on-the-go breakfast once school starts.

All totaled the August 2016 Little Lace Box had a value of $119.42.  That’s well over 2x the cost of the box, and I am thrilled with it!  Everything feels very spa-like, and I will use it all.

What do you think of the August 2016 Little Lace Box?  This box is now sold out, but the October box is on sale!
