1. Are you watching the Games? What are your thoughts so far? First off, I am obsessed with Lilly King! Love that she isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Sticking to swimming, I thought steam was going to come out of Michael Phelps’ ears last night when that other swimmer was boxing around the ready room. Tonight’s race should be fantastic. I am also very excited for gymnastics tonight. I don’t like that Gabby Douglas doesn’t get to compete for the all-around though. That just doesn’t seem fair. Oh, also, I learned that I am super scared of rugby (what a rough sport) and plan to never ever go on a bike ride in Brazil. Like ever. All those crashes in the road race! Yikes.
2. Sort of related to the above, but what is your favorite sport to watch on tv? Other than gymnastics and swimming (and all other Olympic sports), I like college football. Actually, I LOVE college football. College basketball is fun to watch too, but I have been more into college football lately.

Yeah I don’t really know about that. Not a lot of people subscribe to the individual posts and I just haven’t looked into it. It probably has something to do with any update changing settings???

I couldn’t stop laughing at MP’s face when the other guy was dancing around him. I really hope MP beats him tonight, i’m going to be so nervous watching that meet.
I can’t wait for gymnastics tonight. I am rooting for Aly Raisman, her parents are hilarious.
I love watchign soccer and baseball, well only SF Giants baseball 🙂

I used to love football & was a huge Raiders fan, but since they went back to Oakland, not so much. And just can’t get into the Rams coming back. Who cares?
College football is fun. I root for all the CA teams & always root against Notre Dame, but I generally don’t watch any.
I LOVE watching the Olympics- especially Summer- but I just haven’t had time this year. I am following a bunch of Olympians on Snapchat, which is fun, and then there’s lots of Snaps showing highlights, so I feel like I’m getting the “best of” version without all the stupid commentary.
For “normal” sports- I like watching basketball and not much else. But for Olympics- I love the gymnastics (both regular and rhythmic) and swimming.
Lily King is awesome. I am glad she said what was on her mind and didnt feel like she had to hold back for whatever reason or for whatever image. And like she said, you got caught doping, twice. She shouldnt have even been able to attend the Olympics much less participate.
I agree about Gaby Douglas, they should take whoever qualifies, it shouldnt matter what country you are competing for, if your score is in the top 8, you should be able to advance.
The guy from Brazil was being a jerk. If it was an American doing that, it would have been a big deal but shadow boxing right in front of Michael? Grow up dude and to be honest, I think Michael was just in the zone. Everyone was making comments about his death stare but I think he was visualizing and listening to music. Sometimes at the gym people tell me the same thing and honestly, I didnt notice them. I was just in the zone and trying to get through my workout. I had no idea that I was “staring” at them. I was just staring off in space.
