Wantable Intimates is a monthly intimates subscription service. You will either receive three premium pieces of lingerie or 3 premium pieces of loungewear based on your profile preferences. They also offer makeup, fitness, style and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences. And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. Now you are even able to return just a portion of your box! Wantable lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the “Retail Price” so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return items. If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $46.
I want to mention that Wantable has recently increased their price from $40 per box to $50 per box (those who subscribed before 10/24/15 which I did will keep the $40/month rate as long as they are subscribed). Also, boxes will now include three items as opposed to the previous 3-4 items. Wantable indicated that this is so that they can send you “a look” rather than just pieces.
Wantable ships via USPS and took under a week to arrive.
I mention it every time, but you can totally customize your Wantable box. You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike. You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike. It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing. Wantable has also launched the “My Stream” which includes product and customer photos of items from Wantable boxes. You can scroll through the images, and if you see something you love, you can request it in your next box.
My August 2016 Wantable Intimates Collection included the following items:
~Sophie B. The Miranda Bikini (Retail Price: $16, Your Price: $7.20): These are stylish, comfortable and seem to hold up well in the wash. That’s really all I can ask for.
~Pajama Drama Tulip Hem Shorts (Retail Price: $32, Your Price: $14.40): These are the ultimate lounge around shorts. They are ultra comfortable and the pattern is amazing.
~Skyfall Spaghetti Strap Romper (Retail Price: $32, Your Price: $14.40): This is totally not “me”, but I do think it’s adorable. I am torn between keeping this and making it “me” and returning it.
All totaled I came up with a value of $80 for my August 2016 Wantable box. I did enjoy this box, but would love if they included 4 pieces in every box like they did in the past.
