Wantable Intimates is a monthly intimates subscription service. You will either receive three premium pieces of lingerie or 3 premium pieces of loungewear based on your profile preferences. They also offer makeup, fitness, style and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences. And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. Now you are even able to return just a portion of your box! Wantable lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the “Retail Price” so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return items. If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $46.
I want to mention that Wantable has recently increased their price from $40 per box to $50 per box (those who subscribed before 10/24/15 which I did will keep the $40/month rate as long as they are subscribed). Also, boxes will now include three items as opposed to the previous 3-4 items. Wantable indicated that this is so that they can send you “a look” rather than just pieces.
Wantable ships via USPS and took under a week to arrive.
First look showed some great patterns!
I mention it every time, but you can totally customize your Wantable box. You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike. You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike. It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing. Wantable has also launched the “My Stream” which includes product and customer photos of items from Wantable boxes. You can scroll through the images, and if you see something you love, you can request it in your next box.
My September 2016 Wantable Intimates Collection included the following items:
~Creme Bralee Zoe Panty (10 Mink) (Retail Price: $20, Your Price: $10.59): I love these, but I would have preferred them in another color. They are comfortable and stylish (I love the lace detail on the hips) so I am happy.
~Pajama Drama Slinky Shorts and Tank (Paradise Palm) (Retail Price: $48, Your Price: $25.41): Eeek, I love these! The pattern (Paradise Palm) is so fun. It almost reminds me of Lilly Pulitzer in a way. I think Pajama Drama is my favorite brand that Wantable Intimates sends. I have received such cute pieces from them. These are a stretchy material and are smooth to the touch. Super cute!
All totaled I came up with a value of $68 for my September 2016 Wantable box. While I liked the pieces they sent, I am disappointed with the value. I was grandfathered in at the $40 rate which makes it a bit better, but had I paid the full $50 price; I would have been even more disappointed.
