BetterU Box contains the best health, wellness, and motivational items carefully curated for you. The box is packed with 6 to 10 sample and full-sized health and wellness products with a focus on vegan, plant-based, natural and organic brands. Some of these curated items include edible health foods, supplements, motivational and spiritual items.
BetterU Box ships via USPS between the 15th and 20th of the month. Your first BetterU Box will ship the month following your order date. For example, orders placed September 1st – 30th will ship in October.
BetterU Box is fairly new, so I didn’t have any idea what to expect which is always fun.
The August 2016 “Awakening” BetterU Box contained the following items:
~Purely Elizabeth Granola + Puffs Cereal ($2.39): I am probably one of the few people who prefers cereal without milk, but if you want, you can pour your milk right into this container. It was delicious plain, though. It has granola and puffs along with pumpkin seeds and chewy figs. I have a thing for granola, so I was all over this.
~Slender Sticks (Pomegranate Berry) (~$1): Slender Sticks are sugar-free and have just 15 calories per serving. These packs work well for traveling and give your regular bottle of water a nice flavor boost.
~PHIVE Bar (Original) ($3): This bar is a combination of walnuts, cashews, and almonds along with sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds. It may be an acquired taste because I wasn’t feeling it. I can see it as being a great boost of energy, though.
~Lemon Balm Soy Candle ($5): This candle smells amazing and is designed to uplight sullen moods and inspire positive thinking. Candles always do put me in a better mood.
~Star Wish Bracelet ($3.99): You make a wish when you put this bracelet on and when it falls off your wish is supposed to come true. So cute!
~Wisdom from The Four Agreements ($4.05): This book is the condensed version of The Four Agreements: Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take anything personally. Do not make assumptions. Always do your best. You can take this with you anywhere for inspiration on the go.
~Clear Quartz: Clear quartz is said to give off harmony, energy, healing, psychic abilities, clarity and calmness. You can meditate with it or carry it close to your chest for extra healing properties.
I couldn’t do a full breakdown of BetterU Box, but I would guess that it will come in right around or slightly under the cost of the box. I did like the curation and thought it fit well with the description of the box.
