Ohh, I loved the assortment in this first look. Elizabeth & Clarke packages all of their shirts in a plastic resealable bag and folds them with a piece of cardboard so they always arrive in absolutely perfect condition.

The Fall 2016 Elizabeth & Clarke box contained the following pieces:

~The Chambers: The Chambers is a black Crepe de Chine blouse with scalloped hems.  I am not overly excited about the fabric (I prefer something with a little more give), but the details on this shirt? OMG.  The scalloped details are so beautiful.  The back somewhat open, so you may want to wear a tank under it. It’s probably not necessary, but I would feel more comfortable with something under it.

~The McCord: The McCord is a grey long-sleeved tee with vegan leather panels.  I wasn’t sure of the leather panels at first, but they are growing on me.  It’s bra-friendly (a big plus in my book) and gives you the look of a boatneck without it really being a boatneck.  It’s 60% modal, 40% cotton and the trim is 100% vegan leather.

~The Branwell: The Branwell is a garnet long-sleeved tee with lace elbow patches. This is SO gorgeous.  I hope I did the color justice in my pictures because it’s so stunning.  The lace detail on the elbows was unexpected and really makes the shirt. The lace is on top of the fabric, meaning it’s not see through to your skin.  This shirt is also 60% modal, 40% cotton and has a very flattering fit.

I had to return chambers because the sleeves were too tight. Based on reviews…I guess I’m the only one with the giant arm problem 🙁
