Bonjour Jolie is a premium monthly subscription box designed exclusively for women to be pampered on their period. Each box contains up to 25 Feminine Items (you can select a full sealed box or mix and match a combo of feminine products), a hand-curated gift, specialty bath and body pampering items, artisan confections and teas and drinks. Boxes are $16/month plus shipping.
Bonjour Jolie ships via USPS. The timing of shipments are based on preferences indicated in your profile. If you purchase before the 25th of the month your box will ship that month. If you purchase after the 25th of the month your box will ship the following month.
The October 2016 Bonjour Jolie was all pinked out in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. This month Bonjour Jolie will be donating 20% of their proceeds to Breast Cancer research as well. The box included the following items:
~The Gift – Pink Druzy Necklace ($9.99): This handcrafted gold leafed druzy stone is an “homage to women, our femininity, and delicate nature.” The stone is beautiful, and I love the color – a deep almost reddish pink.
The Pampering
~Crocheted Candy – Face Scrubbies ($1.50): Face Scrubbies are 100% cotton and are handmade. They are machine washable and are great for removing makeup or washing your face.
~From Our Hearth Sugar Scrub Cubes ($9.99): I love these! They are vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free. They also smell AMAZING. It felt like such a treat to use these in my shower.
~The Edibles ($7.50): I have no idea what happened to my picture of “the snacks,” but by the time I realized it was gone, so were the snacks ;). The box included Dryden and Palmer’s Rock Candy Sticks, Fiber One Brown Bars (my children love these), Belvita Dark Chocolate Creme Biscuits, Skinny Cow Chocolate, Sweet Tart Chewy Sours (these were another huge hit), Nonni’s Biscotti and Stash Tea.
~The Supplies / The Essentials: Bonjour Jolie allows you to choose up to 25 pads, tampons and / or liners of your choice. You can mix and match brands or stick with a full sealed box. It’s totally up to you to select what’s best for you and your needs. All boxes also include pain relievers and feminine wipes.
I never do a breakdown on Time of the Month boxes (prices above reflect values from the information card), but the value of Bonjour Jolie always exceeds the cost of the box.
