The September 2016 Something Snacks theme was “Honey Month” and included the following amazing honey-flavored and honey-inspired snacks:
~Lucky Croissant Chocolate Cream (from Italy): B had this one for breakfast today. He said he liked it and would have it again. He said it was rich and filling and very tasty.
~Kettle Potato Chips Honey Dijon: This was another B snacks. He said they had a true honey dijon taste and would for sure have them again.
~Kar’s Sweet n’ Spicy Mix: Now this one B said was just “meh.” He thought there was too much sweet and not enough salty / spicy taste.
~Go Organic Hard Candies Honey Lemon: Now these are all me. I feel like some honey flavored candies are very cough drop like, but I didn’t think that at all with these. They were tasty and very flavorful.
~Chex Mix Honey Nut Sweet & Salty Snack Mix: I am 100% guilty of picking through this snack mix for the pieces I liked (the pretzels are my favorites) so of course, I loved it. The only thing that would have made this better would have been some m&ms.
~Anbao Crisp Honey Cookies with Sesame From Taiwan: These were a honey flavored sesame stick. And somehow they had a bit of a cookie – not cracker – flavor.
~Marlenkn Classix Honey Snack Cake from the Chez Republic: B enjoyed this one as well. He liked the honey flavor and thought that it was a good mix with the chocolate covering and cake filling.
