Allure Beauty Box November 2016 Subscription Box Review

The Allure Beauty Box includes five or more deluxe-sized beauty products every month. Boxes are curated by the editors of Allure magazine and include a special-edition “mini magazine” chock full of the most trusted product reviews you’ve come to expect from Allure.

My November Allure Beauty Box shipped via USPS.

Allure always packs a ton of value into their boxes!

The November 2016 Allure Beauty Box contained the following items:

~Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline (0.17fl.oz) ($8.63): I believe this is the 3rd (maybe 4th?) Bulgaria perfume we have received from Allure and I think this one is my favorite.  It has notes of Bamboo, Nashi, Lotus Flower and Balsa Wood.  It’s amazing.  Literally amazing.  It starts out a bit heavy, but lightens up into a gorgeous floral – but not too floral – scent. Love!  As for the bottle, well that’s another story.  It’s gorgeous, but so hard to open.  You have to make sure you have it upright (the bottom has a flat spot so it can sit upright) and then pull slowly (but firmly) on the silver lid.  The entire silver section of the bottle come off.

~Eyeko Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner (1.2g) ($20): I *think* this is a full-size!  It’s a liquid eyeliner that doesn’t flake or smear.  My hand isn’t all that steady when applying liner, but I feel like I can even do a decent job with this one.  It dries super fast too which is awesome.

~Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat (0.125oz) ($2.49): Seche makes the best top coat!  I have been using it for years and was thrilled to see it in this box!  It dries your nails super quickly and helps protect from chipping.

~Red Flower Moisturizing Body Lotion Icelandic Moonflower (30mL) ($3.29): This is describes as smelling like a “herbal-floral” scent.  I would agree with that.  I thought it was moisturizing, but I did’t love the scent.  It’s made with certified organic ingredients, free of dyes, parabens, sulfates (sls), petrochemicals and synthetic preservatives and is also gluten free, vegan and cruelty free.

~Seche Premier Colour in Goddess ($6.99): I love this gold shimmery polish!  I thought the coverage was great and like the booklet says, you really do only need one coat!

~Bonvivant Botanical Mask Pack ($3): This mask is designed to plump, soften and moisturize.  My skin felt very moisturized after using and did feel “plumped”.  I would love to see how my skin looked if I used this on a regular basis.

All totaled I came up with a value of $44.40 for the November 2016 Allure Beauty Box.  As usual I liked this box and thought the value was outstanding.

Did you get the November 2016 Allure Beauty Box?  What’d you think? Did you love the nail polish as much as I did? If you are interested in ordering (your subscription will begin with the “first available box”), you can get signed up here!
