Bodyfuelbox is a monthly box of healthy snacks and supplements for women looking to lose weight. Each box is crafted to help you on your weight loss journey and help you get the body you desire without giving up the foods you love.
Bodyfuelbox ships via USPS on a monthly basis. Boxes ship out the last week of every month, so you can expect to receive your Bodyfuelbox by the end of the month. They accept orders till the 21st of every month; any orders after will receive next months box.
I have posted about it a few times, but I am working on eating better, working out (or trying to anyway) more and generally just trying to be healthier, so the timing of this box was great.
Bodyfuelbox doesn’t include an information card, but the box did have a few sample workouts, a Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe and a Meal Planning Template (love this). The box featured the following items:
~FlapJacked Protein Pancake and Baking Mix ($12.99): This mix is made with whole oats and sweetened with bananas and hazelnuts. The texture of protein pancakes is a little different than “regular” ones, but these are much more filling. And honestly, you get used to it. You can also use this as a baking mix in protein waffles, protein banana bread, etc.
~bodyfuelbox Fat Burner Capsules (~$20 estimate): These capsules are designed to promote fat loss, boost energy and elevate metabolism. I’m having pretty good luck just watching what I eat, so I am going to pass on these, but they do have a “Full Transparency Label” so you can check out the ingredients for yourself.
~QuestBar Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ($2.50): Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is my favorite QuestBar flavor, but my local Kroger doesn’t carry it! Needless to say, I was thrilled to see it in here! It has 21g of protein, 14g of fiber and doesn’t contain glycerin, simple carbs, sugars or artificial sweetener. Better than all that though is that they taste good. They are easily the best of the “healthy” bars out there.
~Buff Bake White Chocolate Protein Peanut Spread ($9.99): YES! This peanut butter is all-natural, non-GMO and contains 11g of protein per serving. I haven’t found anything that I don’t like it on yet. So far my favorite is putting it on apples, but it’s pretty darn good by the spoonful too. The box also included a packet of Buff Bake Snickerdoodle (~$1.50), which was good, but not as good as the White Chocolate.
~FlapJacked Mighty Muffin (Double Chocolate) ($3.29): This “muffin” has 20 calories, 20 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber in each serving. All you need to do is add water and put it in the microwave for 35 seconds. I was impressed. I am not the best at making mug cakes and even when they do turn out I don’t always like them, but this had a true chocolate taste and satisfied my sweet tooth.
~Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie (~$2): The Complete Cookie has 16g of protein and is made without eggs, dairy, soy, high fructose corn syrup and is non-GMO. It tasted like an actual cookie too!
~Miracle Tree Tea (~$1) and Clif Shot Energy Gel ($1): I know people love tea, and this one has over 90 nutrients, but I can’t get into it! Same with energy gels. I know people swear by them, but the texture gets me.
All totaled I came up with a value of $51.27 for the October 2016 Bodyfuelbox. I did estimate the bodyfuelbox branded item, so it’s quite possible I understated the value. The was happy with the mixture of goodies and thrilled with that Buff Bake spread!
