Five Four Club ships via FedEx Smart Post and took about a week to arrive.
There were some some issues last month with out Five Four Club delivery (it never shipped) so I was anxious to check this one out. I contacted Five Four Club in early / mid-November because I had not received my October shipment. They indicated there was a warehouse issue and told me they could sent my shipment right away (with a free bonus item) or cancel / refund my order. They also offered me 50% off my next shipment (with either of the options they gave me) for the issue. I opted to cancel my October order and everything was processed quickly with no hassle at all. I was super impressed with their customer service!
Our November 2016 Five Four Club shipment included the following pieces:
~Mark McNair Cornell Cardigan (Heather Gray): I showed this to B and he loved it. He has a similar one (in navy) and last time he wore it to work the guys said he looked like Mr. Rogers. I don’t think that’s a bad thing though ;). It’s soft and super versatile.
~Mark McNair Carver Button Down: There’s a lot going on in this shirt. Lots of different plaid patterns. I think B will end up giving it a go and wearing it, but it is pretty wild. I for sure wouldn’t call this a conservative button-down ;).
