GlobeIn November 2016 Subscription Box Review - "Giving" + Coupon Code

The GlobeIn Artisan Box is a monthly subscription box featuring GlobeIn‘s favorite products from global artisans. Each box is curated around a monthly theme selected by their editor with the aim of helping you experience new and interesting products and cultures.

GlobeIn ships via USPS. Boxes ship on the 15th of the month (I received mine early for review purposes). Orders placed after the 15th of the calendar month will ship on the 15th of the following calendar month.  If boxes sell out before the 15th, your subscription will begin the following month.

I had forgotten what was coming in this box so opening it was extra fun.

The November 2016 GlobeIn Artisan Box theme was “Giving” and included the following items:
~Gift Box (Set of Three), India ($20): I am so curious to learn how these boxes were made, but the information card doesn’t give any details.  They are nesting boxes and are absolutely beautiful. They would be amazing to wrap holiday gifts in or just to store bathroom or office supplies.

~Greeting Card Box Set (Set of Eight), India ($22): These cards are made from recycled cotton pulp (which is probably how the boxes are made as well).  The paper is very unique and thick and no two cards are alike.

~Hand-Painted Serving Dish, Tunisia ($30): This hand-painted dish matches a few other pieces we have received from GlobeIn (salt & pepper shakers, dessert bowls, a spoon rest and a mug).  It is hand-painted and will be a gorgeous addition to any dinner table!

~Hand-Painted Sauce Dish, Tunisia ($12) or Palm Leaf Basket, Mexico ($12): Subscribers this month could choose between this hand-painted sauce dish or a palm leaf basket.  I received the dish.  It matches the serving platter and while it’s billed as a sauce dish, I feel like that would be messy.  I would use this for butter slices or dipper oil for bread.

~GlobeIn Greeting Card ($2): The box also included a quote greeting card. It says “The meaning of life is to find your gift.  The purpose of life is to give it away”.

All totaled the November 2016 GlobeIn Artisan Box has a value of $86.  I liked the variety in here and LOVE that they included some pieces to match those that were sent in previous months.
