Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
The Fall 2016 Men’s Health Box included the following items designed to improve your health, your fitness, your style and your life:

~Bombas Athletic Socks ($12): Who doesn’t love Bombas?  I know I do and so does B (my husband).  They are comfortable and also stylish.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~The Tie Bar Dress Socks ($8): B’s sock game is strong!  These have a great pattern and are a nice neutral for fall.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~Tie Bar Pocket Square ($10): I love the print, but since B doesn’t wear pocket squares it will likely end up being donated.

~Anthony’s Hand Cream ($16): This is a winter essential.  It’s great on rough dry skin and is unscented.  It’s also Paraben-free and would make a great stocking stuffer.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review

~Billy Jealously Gold Standard Multi Wash ($36): Gold Standard wash can be used on your hair, face or body.  It has a light rosemary mint fragrance and I love it!  B’s been using it since it arrived (well, when he’s been home anyway) and I love the way the shower smells when he gets out.  He smells pretty good too ;).

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~Niche for Men Face and Body Cleansing Wipes ($2.99): Maybe not super exciting, but when you need a wipe and don’t have one, you’ll be thankful these were in here. They are great for after the gym or on super hot summer days.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme ($58): The Men’s Health Box seems to like to send out cologne in each of their boxes.  This month’s box had two Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme travel-sized sprays.  Oddly enough, last month’s box also had two of the same scents as well. I don’t get it?  Anyway, B actually used to wear this scent and I love it.  It’s described as a warm, woody scent accented with spicy notes.

~Sencha Naturals Green Tea Latte & Sencha Naturals Green Tea Mints ($4.50): Sencha mints are awesome.  They keep your breathe fresh and taste delicious.  I tried the mix and meh, I didn’t like it.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~Sweetwood Cattle Co. Fatty Beef Stick ($3.50): This was gone AS SOON AS I opened the box.  B was home when it arrived and almost ate it before I could get a picture of it ;).  He said it was good.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~Skout Trail Bar and Skout Raw Seeds ($8): These pumpkin seeds were good, but nothing beats pumpkin seeds straight out of the oven.    Skout products are vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~+addaday Nonagon Roller ($25): B wasn’t excited about this, but I was!  I have always wanted to try a foam roller. So far I love it.  And maybe having it will help to inspire me to actually run on the treadmill instead of just walking on it.

Men's Health Box Fall 2016 Review
~Nuyu Activity Tracker ($49.99): B and I both use our Apple Watches to track steps and L (our 8 year-old uses a different activity tracker), so this one will be off to the side until something happens to one of ours.  This would actually be a great size for my 8-year-old though.  It can be worn as a watch OR you can take the strap off and attach it to your waistband or leave in your pocket.

All totaled I came up with a total of $233.98 for the Fall 2016 Men’s Health Box.  I thought the value was great, but I really hope we don’t get two of the same scents again in the next box.
