~Good evening! It’s so dark out! I spent the weekend doing laundry (at my parents since my washing machine is still broke), talking to L about Pokemon cards (I just don’t get it) and cleaning out my closet. What a disaster. ~Look what I found at Meijer (it’s a regional grocery store) today! Frozen riced cauliflower. I got the stuff with other veggies mixed it in, but they have just plain riced cauliflower too. They also have a Cauliflower & Sweet Potato mix and a Cauliflower & Broccoli mix too. I am way too excited about this! My Trader Joes is far and according to my brother who lives right by one – it’s always sold out.
~Does anyone else love Oprah’s Favorite Things List as much as I do? I miss her annual show and wish she’d bring it back! It’s all available on Amazon this year and I am kind of obsessed with that smart luggage. That would be amazing for B!!!
