The December 2016 Nomadik theme is “Ready for Anything” and included the following items:
~Grand Trunk Hammock ($29.99): This hammock is super lightweight (just 12oz) and can hold up to 200lbs. My husband (aka B) is way more excited about this than I was expecting him to be. LOL! He opened it up right away and wanted to test it out. We don’t have any trees in our backyard to test this out on, but if we did he would have been out there in the snow and everything. He’s planning on taking this with him when he has some National Guard training next summer.
~To-Go-Ware Bamboo Utensil Set ($12.95): This utensil set includes flatware and chopsticks. They are heat and stain resistant (!!) and won’t “impart or absorb flavors”. The container includes a carabiner clip so you can easily hook it to your pack.
~UST Multi-Tool Survival Card ($3): This tool does it all! It has 11 different tools – a knife edge, flat head crewdriver, bottle opener, ruler, 4 position hex wrench, direction ancillary indictor, 2 position hex wrench, lanyard hole, saw blade, butterfly wrench and a can opener. My husband already has one of these, so this is going to my brother.
All totaled the December 2016 Nomadik had a value of $45.95. This was a great box and a great value!
