MissionCute Review - January 2017

MissionCute is a monthly subscription box full of cute stuff, but with a mission. Each MissionCute box comes with at least two items made by small-but-mighty artisans and local businesses.  Every month they also partner with a different nonprofit to help promote their mission.  50% of the net proceeds of each box are donated to the chosen (you can vote on it) monthly nonprofit and MissionCute also sponsors and works on a service project each month in their community.

MissionCute
Cost: $39/month
Ships To: United States
Coupon Code: N/A
Disclosure: This complimentary box was received for review purposes. All opinions are my own, and no compensation was received.

MissionCute ships via USPS and took just a few days to arrive to me.  Boxes ship on the 15th of the month. If you subscribe before the 10th of the month, you will receive that month’s box.  If you subscribe after the 10th of the month, your subscription will start the following month.

So far, so cute (I know, I know that was cheesy).

The January 2017 MissionCute partner is The Anchorage Community Pregnancy Center which provides accurate & helpful information in a compassionate environment, to empower life-affirming choices that change lives.

The January 2017 MissionCute included the following items:

~Mavi Bandz ($12.99): This adjustable non-slip headband promises to stay in place no matter what you are doing! It hasn’t given me a headache (so far anyway) while wearing it, so that’s good too!

~Cheers Gold Foil Cocktail Napkins ($8): These are adorable!  I like the gold foil and the blue ombre background.

~Why You’ll Bloom Gift Book by Bloom Planners ($9.95): Oh my goodness, I LOVE this!  You can fill it out for a loved one, and it will include 50 reasons why you believe in them and know that they will bloom.  This would make such an amazing graduation (or Valentine’s) gift!

~Viv & Lou Winter Plaid Tote ($14): The Viv & Lou website values this at $24.95, while the info card values it at $14.  I went with the more conservative information card value because I wasn’t sure if there was a size difference. I love this plaid, and the pouch is a great size for a clutch, makeup bag or even a pencil/pen case.

~Best Day 5×7 Graphic Print ($9):   I love this quote. I am going to put it in my quote frame and try and make this thinking like this a priority.

~Nature’s Bakery Fig Bar (~$2): The box also included a delicious Blueberry Fig Bag by Nature’s Bakery. They are similar to a fig newton but better.

All totaled the January 2017 MissionCute had a value of $55.94.  Not a super high value, but, as promised, they delivered a box of cute stuff!

If you are interested in subscribing or just want to check out more about them / look at previous boxes, click here.  They also offer a Mini MissionCute box for $20/month which consists of 2-3 hand-curated items.  This may be a good option if you aren’t ready to try the full box.
