S & G Beauty Box ships from Canada on a monthly basis.

S & G Beauty Box boxes are slightly larger than Birchbox boxes and a tad smaller than GLOSSYBOX boxes.  I need to save all my subscription boxes for a month and do a size comparison post.

The January 2017 S & G Beauty Box included the following items:

~Nail Revolution Strength by Pretty Woman NYC ($7.99): My nails NEED this.  It’s a 3-piece system designed to strengthen nails and cuticles.  The trio includes: Nail Strong (thickens and strengthens weak, soft nails), High Five (promotes a hardening, anti-oxidizing, strengthening, moisturizing and re-mineralizing effect on the nails) and Argan Drops (hydrate and treat dry, damaged cuticles and nails).  This system can be used under nail polish, so the next time I swap polish (which should be in like a day) I am starting this up.

~Forever 21 Exfoliating Gloves ($1.90):  I used these in the shower today, and I loved them.  My skin feels softer and smoother and, unlike some exfoliating tools, these were not the least bit rough or harsh.  One question, though, how are these to be stored?

~Studio Aroma Holistic Essentials (1.76oz) ($20): This handmade cleanser is to be mixed with water and is suitable for most skin types.  I liked the way my skin felt after using it, but I don’t like the packaging.  It’s cute, but not overly practical and is going to be extra messy when I get down to the bottom.

~Studio Aroma Eye Serum (3.5mL) ($14): This serum tones and firms the skin around your eyes.  I haven’t seen a difference yet, but my skin felt refreshed.

~Sweet LeiLani Mineral Shadow (Orchid) (full-size) ($14.99): This shadow is Vegan, Paraben-Free, Gluten-Free, Cruelty-Freee and Fragrance-Free.  A variety of shades were sent out, but I received Orchid which is a pretty pale lavender.

All totaled I came up with a value of $58.88 for the January 2017 S & G Beauty Box.  They put together a great box for the value, and I am happy with the quality of all of these items.
