The Naked Dog Box ships on a bi-weekly basis via USPS. They will auto-ship your next box to arrive shortly before your current box runs out, just to make sure there is never a food gap.

My box was customized for Buddy, who is a moderately active 10lbs Yorkie.

On the flip side of the information card was a cutout bowtie.  Cute, but I knew Buddy wouldn’t be into it.

Our The Naked Dog Box was customized as follows:

~The Naked Dog Turkey + Chickpea: Buddy received a customized turkey + chickpea blend.  This is supposed to last Buddy 2 weeks, but I think it will last him longer than that.  Maybe even a month?

The bag includes an expiration date, lot number, etc.

The instructions say to give him one scoop in the morning and one scoop in the evening. That probably works for most dogs, but Buddy (Baxter was the same way) is more of a grazer.  He eats a little bit now, a litte bit later, etc.  It works out well for him and he will never (ever) finish every last bit of food in the bowl. I think he feels like he always needs to save some for later.

The information card include an analysis of what makes up the food and lists all of the ingredients.

I am pleased to report that Buddy was a huge fan.  He gobbled some up and them came and sat next to me to say thank you as if to thank me for it!

~Bonus Items: Real Meat All Natural Lamb Jerky Treats & Fetch Fuel Free Active Samples: The box also included a bag or treats and Fetch Fuel packets. I am assuming that these are my free bonus items.  Buddy hasn’t tried the packets yet, but he loved the chewy jerky treats!

This box was super convenient and Buddy seemed to really enjoy his food.  I would likely need it shipped on a less frequent basis, so I would need to e-mail to see if that’s an option. I think every 2 weeks would be too much and would like to see more customization in that regard.

thank you for your feedback. we just added a feature to allow customers

    1. to change the amount of food they receive. if they need less or more the next shipment
    2. to also delay a box by up to 4 weeks. if a customer wants to skip a shipment, they can simply go to the site and put a hold on the next box and it will automatically delay it for either 2 weeks or 4 weeks.

thanks so much for the feedback
