Chili peppers originated in Mexico and so we start there with this decadent chocolate bar that wraps the slightest heat from Mexican ancho chilies in sea salt caramel, and dark chocolate ganache, with an unexpected tortilla crunch. Imagine a grown up, high quality version of those nougatty, caramelly chocolate bars and you won’t be far off the mark. Soooo good!
