~Good morning! Somehow this week is flying by. We’ve had crazy thunderstorms (I have never heard thunder as loud as we had the other night), tons of rain, sunshine, snow, you name it, it’s all happened here this week. My allergies are insane, but I am hoping they settle down soon.

~Was anyone able to snag a Lilly bottle when they launched on Starbucks.com?  They are all sold-out now, but I am wondering if they will have a restock down the road? There never seems to be enough Lilly to go around when they do a collaboration!

~I still have quite a few boxes coming this week including the curated March Birchbox, Wantable, Bless Box, Target Beauty Box, my Knockaround Mystery Box, my Gable Lane Crates Mystery Box, Ellie and I just got notified that my Box of Style and Julep are on their way! Yay!!

~Silly question, but what laundry detergent do you use?  I have been using Honest Co. pods / liquid detergent for years, but with all my crazy allergy issues lately I am wondering if I need to make a change?  I have no idea if it will help, but if you have a great recommendation for a super gentle detergent, I would love to hear it.

That’s it from here!  Have a great day!

Spread the love

I just use All Free & Clear.
I’m in Ohio so we have had the same weather. We have had every season in a matter of days! It’s just insane. Everything is starting to bloom already too.
I didn’t get a Lilly. 🙁 and I’m not about to pay crazy a** ebay prices either!

It’s so wild!!! And not in a good way for my allergies.

All Free & Clear was recommended to me by my allergist, so it’s what I use too.

I got a Lilly-Starbucks bottle online, not the sirens one but I think it was crazy for that one, because the others stayed available a little longer. And the purchase email arrived like 5 hrs later, so I was not sure I really got it until the mail was in my inbox :p
I was strong enough and I did not order a target box, I have a lot of stuff that I do not know where to put, so, until I decide what to do, no more target boxes for me, well is what I am telling myself 😉
Did you see the cast for the dancing with stars new season? I am not sure I like it this time, I feel like you can know who will be in the finals before it starts

Dreft is extremely gentle (it’s made for baby clothes) but I use it for my laundry because it smells sooo good.

I walked into my Starbucks today and they had 5! of the Lilly bottles. 3 of the Fresh Squeezed and 2 of the Resort Escape Floral ones. I bought them all. I don’t know why, but it seemed like the right decision at the time, haha.

I don’t care for Lilly, but I walked by Starbucks at Barnes & Noble the other day and they had tons, at least 10-15.

I use Tide Simply Clean & Sensitive. I love it! I got it randomly when Target was having a super sale on their subscription items and that was cheaper than the others. Even now, not on super sale, I get two 138 fl oz. handle containers for $17.98 total. My daughter has eczema and doesn’t seem to have any issues with it, plus it smells really good too.

All Free & Clear. I have horrible allergies and get hives with anything else!

I make my own liquid detergent. It’s a huge batch that lasts forev. The recipe is online and it’s easy, but you have to let it sit for a long time (Borax, washing soda, ivory bar, h20). I don’t think it’s very strong- but I’ve been using it for years with my front loading washer and my clothes get clean but my whites are dingy ? that’s why I buy gray socks 😉
