The April 2017 BOXYCHARM theme is “Boho Glow” and included the following items:
~OFRA Cosmetics Highlighter in Rodeo Drive ($35): This color is stunning. I almost let out a gasp when I swatched it. It’s smooth, shimmery and makes your skin glow.
~PUR The Complexion Authority “Blend Squad”: 3-Piece Contour Blending Sponge Set ($36): These sponges are washable, reusable and odor-free. They can also be used wet or dry. I needed some new blending sponges (these are very similar to a beautyblender) so getting this variation was perfect for me.
~Measurable Difference The Diamond Collection 16 Color Pro Concealer Palette ($20): I attempted to swatch this, but gave up after I could not get half the colors to show up well on my skin. I suppose that’s good though since it gives me a lot of options. I found the formula to be a bit dry and think it will work best for me mixed with a beauty oil of some sort (as suggested on the information card).
~Cargo Cosmetic Lip Gloss (Gobi) ($16): This is such a pretty color. It’s almost a nude on my lips, but it’s so not. It’s glossy, has a tiny amount of shimmer and is just gorgeous.
~Project Beauty Hairgurt Strawberry Banana Smoothing Yogurt Shampoo ($10): This is free of sulfates and parabens and also has Prebiotics in it. Plus it smells incredible. Like a real smoothie. It left my hair insanely soft (typically it doesn’t feel that soft until after I use conditioner) and very smooth.
All totaled the April 2017 BOXYCHARM had a value of $117. As usual, this month’s box has an amazing value, and I am thrilled with my variations!
