The Spring 2017 Men’s Health Box included the following items:

~Wurkin Stiffs Knot Cuff Links ($10): These cufflinks have popped up in a few subscription boxes over the years.  They are more on the casual side but work nicely with a button down and sports coat.

~Pedestal Footwear 2.0 Socks ($25): At first I thought $25 was pretty darn expensive for socks and while I still think it is, I have to admit, these are pretty fancy.  They are made with some special treatment that prevents smell and bacteria and allows you to wash them only once every 3-5 workouts.  I have never heard of such a thing.  For traveling or camping these would be perfect.

~Dead Soxy Socks ($22): Nice quality socks and not too wild. They are Made in The USA and fit shoe sizes 9-14.

~Duke Cannon Supply Co. Solid Cologne (Redwood) ($25): Redwood is a masculine and warm scent containing hints of sandalwood, amber, citrus, rosemary, and clove.  My husband doesn’t typically use a solid cologne, but this smells great, so he’ll give it a go. It seems like it will work nicely for traveling.

~iMergency Battery ($19.95): This gives you seven additional hours of battery life for your phone.  It’s thin and compact, and you can actually stick it on the back of your phone, so it’s always handy.  Sort of like a case that charges your phone when it’s in it, but much less expensive.

~Sling Shot Orange Grippy Sling Hip Circle ($25): This band stays in place and works to activate and strengthens the hips and glutes.  I think it will help with stretching as well.

~Manready Mercantile Hand Salve (Bergamot & Teak) ($10): This hand salve is 100% all-natural and helps to heal dry, cracked, hard working hands.  A little goes a long way, so keep that in mind when applying this!

~run Performance Gum (Mint & Cinnamon) ($3): One piece of this gum contains 50mg of caffeine, 20mg of Taurine and also has vitamins B6 and B12.  For reference, a can of Coke has 29mg of caffeine.  It will give you a boost, but it’s definitely not a gum to mindless grab for in your bag.

~RxBar ($6): What you see on the package is what’s in the bar.  The short list of ingredients is awesome, but we’re just not totally sold on the taste.

~SquareGuard Pocket Square ($29.95): This is such a smart idea!  The SquareGuard will help keep your pocket square looking perfect all day (and night).  It fits perfectly into a suit pocket, and no one will even know you have help looking so polished.

~Rhythm Kale Chips ($3.95): If I have to pick my all-time favorite Kale Chips, I would pick these ranch ones.  That’s not to say I love them (I don’t really like kale at all), but they were better than most.

~Duke Cannon Supply Co. Big American Brick of Soap ($9): Smells Like Productivity is a fresh energizing mint scent.  It smelled a little like peppermint to me?  My husband has a bar of this he’s using up right now and was happy to get this.

~Blender Bottle Prostak ($12.99): A new shaker cup!  I use these daily for my Spark and can always use a fresh one (they get kind of gross after a while).  This one has a separate compartment for your pre-workout (Spark), so it’s easy to take with you on the go.

All totaled I came up with a value of $201.84 for the Spring 2017 Men’s Health Box.  I thought this was a great box from them.  Lots of variety and we’ll use most everything in here!
